Experiance lagging during gaming...need solution?

Guys...got little problem here with 8800 GTS 320MB SUPERCLOCK

my spec :

C2D E6600 (no O'C)
8800 GTS 320MB SUPERCLOCK (no O'C)
GIGABYTE DS3 V3.3
KINGSTON DDR2 2X1GB 667MHZ
COOLERMASTER 550WATT
160GB HDD SATA
CRT PHILIPS MONITOR 17"
System temp full load at 47-50
Gc full load at 55-59

Why..during gaming still got lagging..i played FIFA 07 n NFS : Carbon setting at MAX...resolution 1280x1024...all driver is the latest and fresh install XP SP2..any solution..

how often do you get these lags??

is at a specific part in the game??

your system should work fine without any lags as far as i know.

actually the lag appear when there are too many moving object at 1 time..for example im playing NFS:CARBON so during the free roam is ok..but during race that involve too many cars than it start lag..especialy when it come to conering..it like heavy..n fifa 07 also..in game it's orite but when it come to cinematic..it lag heavyly...

could be the power supply i had the same problem with NFS Most Wanted, found out my PSU was over heating haha

mine still not enough..CM 550W..but some people say for O'C card need to 28Amp rather than 30Amp on my PSU it is true...?

plus my GC core temp idle at 62C ambient at 52C while core temp load at 72-74C it is normall at this stage..?

Maybe its not the power supplys voltage a, its just corrupt, are you sure its not over heating?

i think it's not over heating coz..if overheating sure the whole game will hangupp and maybe crash..but mine just laggg

well ok , when mine was over heating it would lag only on turns when like 4 racers are in one section, are you sure its not a virus or your hard drive my be fragmented

very..sure coz my windows is freassh install..no other software i put inside n no internet connection on it...maybe hot on gc i think coz full load temp at 74-77Cal..rite?

FIFA 07 lags during cinematics if you have AA enabled. Damn crappy console ports.
