How do i update a driver with noe internet

i have a old dell pc with windows 98 running on it i found it in a barn and took it home windows 98 hasnt got a driver for it i tride a
usb stick but it hasn't got a driver for that it also hasn't got a disc drive of floppy
please help

USB support came with second edition and even then its limited to very little devices. I would recommend getting this since this unofficial service pack has many more choices for windows 98 to use USB sticks among other things.

You would need to get a CD internal drive thats old enough to be recognized by windows 98 or you can try hooking it up to a network if you have an rj45 plug in the back.
