When i restart and use the previous best settings, windows starts as it should. I'm not sure what i installed to make the PC off, any advice as to where i can find what it is i did wrong. I also noticed my PC clock is off by an hour each time. Bios issue?

Sounds like an incorrect display setting. You can go into Windows Safe Mode or use the Last settings, adjust your display down to 800x600 16 or 32 bit.. restart, it should come up and then you can adjust your screen.

1024x768 is probably the setting you'd go with on a 15 or 17" monitor.
