Malicious software is no longer just being called adware or viruses as several corporate giants have formed a clearinghouse website to track "badware". Companies like Google, Lenovo and Sun have partnered up with academic institutions Harvard's Berkman Center and Oxford University's Internet Institute to publish names and reports of companies that spread spyware or other malicious software. Users that have been infected with such software can go to the stopbadware.org website to file reports or to find uninstall information. Read more

Take the XP cd, put it in the computer and boot to CD-ROM. You will start over at the Installing Windows XP screen.

You don't actually uninstall it.. you Format to wipe it off.

Go into the bios and change the boot order to your cd or on boot up press f9 cant remember which key f9,or f10 your boot screen should tell you which key it is , For boot up options press ????? or go in bios and change boot order to the cdrom first, HD second, floppy if anyone still uses that.
