Can anyone tell me or direct me to site where I can cross reference XP Pro part number to see if valid. Trying to buy a retail copy of XP Pro Full version on ebay. Not upgrade, not academic, not OEM. Was given part number X10-87160 which I didn't recognize but claim and picture support Full version. Thanks.

That won't matter - its the license key you get with it that matters. Buyer beware.

Thanks Riser. The claim is that box is unopened, sealed, Full XP Pro copy. So Key should be sealed in box. What on outside of box would indicate that it is a Full Version? I assumed that the Part Number would indicate that, therefore, my request to cross reference part numbers. I also am assuming the selling party is on the up and up. By the way, Riser, is there a bug in the middle of your post...you had me trying to scrape it of my panel!!!
