More Information

I'm looking to make a gaming comp for my friend with a budget of $1000 (no monitor or keyboard/mouse needed). I was looking at the build with the System builder marathon http://www.tomshardware.com/2007/0 [...] _marathon/ priced at $1255, but I need it 255$ cheaper. It's for gaming, so I assume we want to keep the e6600 and the 8800GTS, but where can I lose the 200$ to keep the 1000$ budget? or do I have to downgrade one of those components? Any suggestions are appreciated
