Exchnge help

Hello,
I am running Small Business Server 2000. I have always been able to add accounts to exchange by simply copying an existing user,never had a problem until today. Now exchange will create the mailbox, I can send messages to it and not get bounce backs anymore, but the username won't be found in the address book when the user opens outlook for the first time. Please help.
