Since you already have XP installed, all you need to do is install Vista to the drive you want (SATA 4) and it'll detect XP and setup a dual boot itself.

OK I've tried that and can't get it to work, do I need to load the raid drivers in vista so it will see the raided xp partition ? Even though I wanting to istall vista on non-raided sata 4? Thanks for your help.

Hmm, more than likely. I don't use raid myself so I can't be for sure, but that would make sense.
