OEM verison of windows question

When you get an OEM verison of windows you can upgrade your processor with out losing the windows validation right?

Shouldn't be a problem. And even if it was, all you'd need to to is call Microsoft. If it fails, the computer will give you a toll free number - takes 5 minutes.
