Hello mates, i hope your are well :)
i have a question about some apps
In XP64 , when i install some apps like GPU-Z, utorrent, and some other apps(not any games), after i install them and click on them , they will open and will work , but after some times, when i click on their icons, nothing happens, whats the problem?

So you haven't really given anyone anything to work with. It stops working. What has changed? What's the shortcut say? What troubleshooting have you tried?

When i clock on the shorcut nothing happens , its like u havent even clicked on it
