At a guess I'd say our new friend is from Indonesia (but that's a wild guess)... English translation follows:

"linux operating system that can support or be able to handle the tool box driver2 mobile repair such pro cruiser, jaf, ufs, a tool, spiderman box,"

If that is correct, He/She is looking for a Linux distribution which can run various mobile phone unlocking and flashing tools (pro cruiser, UFS, JAF, Spiderman Box).
