HELP with Power DVD 8 Ultra Playback

Tonight I went to Fry's and bought the Lite-On DH-401S08c Blu-Ray DVD-ROM drive, and I picked up a few movies for it. I get it home and installed in my pc, and instead of using the software disk, I went to the website and got the latest edition. Then, I upgraded to power dvd 8 ultra to watch blu-ray movies on. I am viewing this on a Gateway FHD2400 24" monitor, and I am also running (2) EVGA 8800GT Suplerclocked cards in SLI. Now here's my problem, I start the movie in the minimized screen, and it's play just fine at a quarter size of the full screen. Then, when I try to go full screen, the window and movie go to full screen but the entire bottom half of the movie, is all blurry and shaky. I have no idea what else to do. There are certain area's in the tools section of the software that are greyed out and cannot be changed. I suspect it's some kind of resolution issue, but even after I downgraded my resolution to 1680 x 1050, the problem was still there. Need some help guys, what do you think?
