Processor performance

Is there a great difference between an e4300 and a e6320? of course the price is one of those, but i want to know if there is so much difference in the performance, I want to build a system for gaming but nothing extraordinary, I just want the system to be a descent one for future games and programs and all that stuff.

The E6320 has more clock, higher FSB and more cache, so it will be somewhat faster.
But it costs a bit more and the E4300 may OC higher or it will at least OC to same levels.

Both are attractive CPUs, but Id rather save some money and go for the E4300.
