Blocking user in domain to edit date and time

hi all
basically ,i have removed admin rights from all user in domin but still user can edit date and time please help .....

Is this just one person that can or everyone? You need to check the local group memberships on the computers to see if the user's are part of some other group that can edit time. I think Power User and above can.

basically we have around 80 system in domain .all system do not have admin rights but they can edit time and date .....what is solution to this problem ......it is not specific to few people ....which policy we should edit from server ...pls tell me in details .....how to do that .....thanks in advance ....

Local Policies, User Rights Assignment, there are time settings there.

You need to create a Group Policy denying the user(s) the "Change the system time" privilege.
