Addressing to Distribution lists

Greetings,
I attempted a search of this newsgroup for subject or message contains
either 'distribution' or 'group' with negative results, so I will inquire
about the topic.

We have several users switching from Blackberry devices to Siemens SX66
Pocket PC devices. The question about addressing a new mail message to an
Outlook distribution list was asked. It appears that ActiveSync doesn't
bring over Distribution lists, so we educated the users to use 'Categories'
to work as groups.

To send to the 'group', one technician advised to go to Contacts, view the
particular category, use a "tap and drag" to select all the contacts (since
Select All isn't an option), then "tap and hold" and use the Send Email
option. Turns out that this method only transfers the first ten (10)
addresses to the To: field.

I have found that a modification to the above info works, but was hoping to
find a better solution. Modification (after already 'categorizing the
contacts'):
1. Start a new message as normal
2. Click on the Contacts icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Click the down arrow next to the current category and select the one
needed (or use the More... option to show all categories)
4. Single click on each name displayed in the category to add them to the
To, Cc or Bcc area (whichever is selected)
Note: Edit > Select All doesn't work for some reason
5. Click on the Contacts icon again to close the contacts view
6. Proceed with new message as normal.

Does anyone have a better method to address to a 'distribution group'?

Thanks in advance,
