Is it possible to run Mac OS X applications on Linux?

I know the reverse is possible.

You know, something like WINE maybe?

Google "OpenStep". It's by no means perfect, and you'd need to recompile the apps. I think the short answer is "No".

Alternatively, run OSX in a VM (can be done with VMWare if you have a copy of the OSX install disk).

Well, maybe I'll ask the same question in 10 years.

It does sound doable tho.
