Remote manage video

I am looking for a program where I can remote manage video on different laptops. From my one position I would like to push down video files to the different salesperson every month. So when a new month comes up either I delete the old files and download the new ones. Or more ideal I could move the old files to say a new folder "April Video" and then download the new May videos. Would like something that could be somewhat automated and syncs up with the users. There are probably too many users to manually log into each laptop and make the changes remotely. Any ideas or suggestions?
