Last night my computer worked, this morning on startup it failed "Internal CPU Error" eventually it booted up, but was acting strange, odd CPU spikes so I restarted it, and then got nothing, all lights and fans spinning, but no post or even a Asus logo screen. I replaced the CPU, bought new RAM....turned it on and got nothing still. At this point, I can only surmise that the motherboard is dead....just looking to see if anyone has any insights that might be helpful....does that sound like a dead MB? Anyone have any experience with similar situations?

If you haven't done so, clear the CMOS and if that doesn't work, I'd try the BIOS recovery off the ASUS CD. Check your manual for instructions
