it's a windows xp home and it has a sticker that says for F.S PC only i just whant to now if F.S is a special pc or i could still use the windows.

Manufacture PC like dell,ext...... OEM of xp, yes it can be used. However if it was compiled for a computer by a manufacture, which highly unlikely, the microcode identifier will prevent the install on different machine, saying that, it is easy to compile a xpcd to exclude this identifier.
