Hello, i want to create a new account for myself, im using my husband computer. which password is needed to create a new account?

What Operating System are you using? I'm guessing Windows 95, 98 or ME since you posted on this board. If you are using one of those three then go to the Control Panel from the Start Menu and click on Accounts. If memory serves me right, I don't think you can do much unless you are on the administrator or account that holds the most power.
