Aspect Ratio Problems on Second Screen

Whenever play a video, it takes over my second monitor. Whenever it does this, however, it screws up the Aspect Ratio, thinking my 16:10 montior is 4:3. Is there anything I can do about this?

Windows XP SP2
Nvidia Quadro NVS 110
1 GB ram
2 ghz Core Duo
1440*900 Laptop screen
1650*1080 monitor on VGA
