Group policy question

I didn't know where to start so I'm going to start my thread in the TomsNetworking.

I have a server 2003R2 with test gpo and apply into a test OU. withing the OU I have few computers which all but except two weren't get the the gpo as the rest. When I check in gpresult compare with others which were applying the gpo they were the same info. So does anyone have any ideas what I did wrong?
