Unable to login or ping SBS 2003

Hello,
Since yesterday, my pc's could not login to the server. The server can ping the pc's, but the pc's can't ping the server. I have tried to ping the server name as well, it is not just the ip address. the server can browse the internet and look normal. The server also does DHCP, but does not even do that. Could it be Active Directory?

Not AD, do you have managed switches? You could have a IP routing issue. Are you saying DHCP does not work anymore?

Plug in a laptop or something in the server's port and see if you can reach the laptop.
