When i try to defrag, my system seems to keep starting over. I know it is
something in the background running but i dont know what. When i
Control-Alt-Delete and got to processes,,,what is the bare minimum i need to
leave running so it will defrag? I have a lot of things running and a lot of
the processes i dont know what they are.
Thanks in advance for the help.
