If my computer has 2.75g of RAM, what kind of Flash memory USB key drive should i get to best utilize Readyboost in Windows Vista?

How do flash drives complare against Hard drives? Are Flash memory drives access times, read, write, always faster than hard drives, even though they use the USB 2.o interface? Dosnt the USB 2.0 limit how fast you can access files?

If you had a 16gb flash drive would you be able to access video files faster/better than a hard drive would?

Are all USB flash drives have the same speed?
