Alright i recently installed windows vista 32 bit and i did some tweaking to my services etc. Now all of a sudden i cant click the little personalize tab when i right click the desktop. Whenever i try to enter control panel it wont come up either. They simply just dont come up anymore. Ive tryed reenabling all of my services but nothing is working. Help.
