and i keep having blue screen errors when using this pc
more times a day
e.g.error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000006, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter 4 ba60c504

i hope i have written that well
thank you

The chances it is your RAM causing the blue screen are very likely. You didn't mention your RAM specs, but in BIOS set the RAM voltage to Mfg. specs or bump the voltage up a notch. You should try one DIMM in slot 1 only and see if the blue screen ceases. Try the other DIMM as a single if the first DIMM fails. Run memtest86.

Also check the System and Application Logs and see if anything is showing up there.

You can also run a Check Disk from the command prompt. From the prompt type chkdsk /f and then 'yes' to run at restart. This is quick and can sometimes fix some BSOD issues.
