Cannot open my computer shortcut it that show my computer delete or recycle bin the files or folder

If you was able to open that program/programs in the previous day or earlier restore your computer and select the last date when you were able to ran the program/programs. If your computer problem will still remain. I recommend you to backup your important files to you separate HD/USBFD and reformat your system. after be careful installing any stuff to avoid viruses to that might the reason your machine become abnormal.
