Hello all who read! :hello: I got a nasty virus the other day, i went to download a file and when it finished i opened it to find a lovely virus! Anyways the downloaded content put a folder on my computer, (C:\Program Files\Web Technologies) inside the folder were files. I managed to delete all but 3 of them iebt.dll, iebtm and iebtmm. When my computer starts it runs iebtm.exe and iebtmm.exe and i cant delete them the folder or end there processes! :( if anyone knows a way i can remove them please let me know it would be much appreciated!

If its giving you an access denied box when deleteing you could try a free program called unlocker. Small & Simple download/install

Try using a free trial of trend micros 2008, to scan the computer.

If you have a win98 boot floppie, start dos and delete the files before they load.
change directories
>c:
>cd\program files\web technologies
verify your location,
>dir /w.... should be that web technologies directory
then
>delete iebt.dll ...etc...
Reboot without disk

If by chance dos wont change directories count out 8 letter places and add ~1 to the end remember dos is 16 bit.
