yes i want to block certain ip address .What is the way

Should be able to do it in the router your using through firewall settings or there abouts.
If you have trendmicro 2008, you can add ip's to block and emails address etc.
Also try looking in support.microsoft.com for answers.

thx for the info but i also found another solution which is good enough too.

the best and most secure is the host file add the ip in there and its done
