Axim x30 has this Switcher Bar to switch between applications opened.
I'm using HP iPAQ rx3715 now. It does not come pre-istalled with Switcher
Bar program. Can someone enlighten me on where can I download this Switcher
Bar program?

Wisbar is quite good, though any task manager will work better than
nothing :

I believe Switcher Bar is a Dell only product

Switcher Bar is a Dell only app. The HP has a similar task management
feature called iTask. It is by default tied to the curved arrow button on
the bottom right. It actually has a lot more capability than Switcher Bar.
You might want to check out the help file on it.
