When i try to install FW 3.0, program shows "initalizing" and somewhere about 75% it stops working a nothing happens.i let it work for maybe 20 min but still nothing...where's the mistake?

Ok that is most likely the problem, you will have to go to msupdate to do the update. I have found if I used microsoft to download something like this I cannot use msupdate.
log in as administrator uninstall all frameworks than go to ms-update and install and update.
