Vista SP1 Public Beta Refresh

YOU **MUST** UNINSTALL THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF SP1 BEFORE INSTALLING THE REFRESH

(1) Uninstall the existing SP1 package (if necessary).
(2) Download the small app which makes an entry in Windows Update saying your comp is eligible for the SP1 Beta Refresh.
(3) Run Windows Update to download and install.
