I have a really nice computer. Q6600, 4 gigs of pc 6400, 8800 gt, and a 160 gig HDD. I have noticed after a few days of running vista my ram usage on idle keeps climibing. also I run a lot of disk clean ups and defrags and everytime i do I notice that i lose hdd space, usually 3 gigs at a time. my 3d mark score keeps dropping and performance is slowly going down each time i run my computer. why is it doing this?

clean your tif's

cookies

add spysweeper

use ccleaner

they are all deleted and windows defender comes up with nothing and nod 32 doesnt find anything either.
