Slow Vista Startup

I have been disbling some services in vista trying to cut down om my memory usage and hibernation time. However, I have encountered a problem. Right after I log, the screen goes black and shows my mouse and just hangs there for about 45 seconds. I think that it is trying to find/start some of the services I disabled. I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion as to which service might be causing the delay. Here is the list of services and the action taken.
