Hello,
i had 64mb on my computer years ago and now its 7mb. if i delete something it goes back up to 9 or 10. will it ever go back to 64mb.

No, because Windows uses memory just to boot up.

I must be missing something here; the amount of ram you have never changes unless you install or remove another stick....therefore, a stick of 64mb will always be 64mb. Well, unless of course the ram is defective..
