Parental controls get a boost with Windows Vista - UPDATE - Video added

I can't seem to find this easily anywhere, but this morning I started my comp. and I was taken to the welcome screen to select my user account - only, I never created a user account because i'm the only one using my computer and don't want an extra step between me and the desktop. :) Today is the first time this happened - automatically.

Anyone have a clue how this happened?

I found another thread on this that said it may be the ASP.net user account, of which I see that I now have on my comp. I was installing more of my games last night - I installed MTW2 with it's patch and Onimusha3 patch before this occured. The thread said that if I don't have an ATI card, I could delete this ASP.net account. Is it safe to do so? I don't want a welcome screen, just load and desktop. :)
