There telling me that you can overclock the card to no end and it still be in warrenty? Any other opinions on this?
Pretty much... I've heard of others who have had a good experience with EVGA and I believe XFX is also on the same lines as well offer a life time warranty.
Just make sure you look at the model number. From their site "Lifetime Warranty is for all retail Graphics Card and Mainboard products ending in the part numbers A, AR, AX, BR*, BX*, DR, DX, FR, FX, SG, SL, or S2" If it has a T in the model number, it is a lite model meant more for system builders and only has 1+1 warranty.
