I just read the review for the 8800 gts 320mb off

http://www.firingsquad.com/hardwar [...] page15.asp

And they said that "The warranty is quite extensive as well, covering everything except physical damage to the card. This means you can’t void your card’s warranty by overclocking or by mounting a third-party cooler on the card (provided the board or GPU isn’t physically damaged in the process)."

There telling me that you can overclock the card to no end and it still be in warrenty? Any other opinions on this?

Pretty much... I've heard of others who have had a good experience with EVGA and I believe XFX is also on the same lines as well offer a life time warranty.

Just make sure you look at the model number. From their site "Lifetime Warranty is for all retail Graphics Card and Mainboard products ending in the part numbers A, AR, AX, BR*, BX*, DR, DX, FR, FX, SG, SL, or S2" If it has a T in the model number, it is a lite model meant more for system builders and only has 1+1 warranty.
