Replacing virus-ridden Win98SE CD?

I have a bootleg CD with the Win98SE OS on it. Unfortunately, it has a virus. I need one of two things:

* either a new Win98SE CD (I have limited finances. ) or
* to burn a new CD-R for it. I have the ISO on a WinXP computer, but the Win98 computer can't read WinXP-burned CDs.

Can anybody help me out?

BTW, I live in the U.S. I just tried eBay for the former, but they were mostly too expensive.

Sorry. In that case, where can I go for an inexpensive Win98SE CD other than eBay? Its prices are a little expensive.
