More Information

I have Address information cards that I print to 3x5 for reference. I also print the addresses approx. 6 at a time to a full sheet a paper. To do this i use two separate documents laid out differently, and consequentially updated separately.

My list is getting rather long and having to update two files all the time is time consuming. This is where I need help.

The much more efficient way would be to store the address data in a single file and be able to print a single address to a 3x5 or 6 addresses to a letter(8.5"x11" ) sized paper.

Can someone coach me on how to do this in word or excel? Thanks in advance.
