So we have two fax machines we would like to phase out, and start receiving faxes on a desktop pc (two fax lines) as images. These images would sit in a queue until someone pulled them down and sent them to other group members as email attachments. This could eliminate all of our toner/maintenance/and paper costs so the benefit has potential to save. Have you done anything like this before, and any suggestions or tips?

Thx,
