Overall, what Behardware's review states is that both "S" and "A" panels are above the competition. Of the two, the "S" panel is better because it has truer colors which is why it got 4 stars for graphic design and the "A" panel only received 2 stars.
Both are rated equal for games.
Be aware that there is also a "C" panel that is not part of the review. It is relatively new.
If you want to avoid "panel lottery" then my suggestion would be to buy the Dell E228WFP or the ViewSonic VG2230wm.
i appreciate you bringing this to attention, yet not at the same time... i got the 206bw like 3 months ago... guess what i have the "A" panel and paid happilly based on reviews on web and newegg 350+/- very hard earned dollars on 2nd best friggin "A" panel... well and i have a 90?b 19" it's upstairs and i ain't checkin 
.... "A" and "S" aside it friggin rocks and i must now make love to my second best of the best 8O
edit: oh my point is i love samsungs... though i now have something new to check before buying again... though i would buy something else if it's better bang for the buck and i can buy it with my prffered card with 6mo deffered
