I need to run a small app that will only run on Windows 95 or earlier. I am running XP. Any ideas?

Try compatibility mode. If that doesn't work then you'll have to install Windows 95 or earlier in a VM and run your software there.

ex_bubblehead is right, Try compatibility mode or alternatively a Virtual Machine such as Vmware or Microsoft Virtual PC. It would be risky and impractical to install 95 on your machine
