I just hooked up my new samsung t451 tuner, and am very satisfied with my
reception(otr) using my 4bay channel master. So, i decided to try a network
cable search(still a subsciber). I set the box t standard cable search(took
forever) but it found about 8 unscrambled channels. But now, when i go to
find the channel I want, all the box does is locks up and re-boots
continuisly. whats up with that? most of the channels it locked into are in
the 80's and 100's. Makes no sense. Maybe I am missing something else i have
to do. please help! thanks in advance mike

Ritz:
I have the same set up... T-451 & OTA CM 3021 4 bay bow tie.....
Nice!!
As for Cable by TW.... I ran the same QAM STD search..... 7
chans
My results were messy!!! QAM HRC scan found 2 more Channels...
All my channels were buried in the subchannels in the 80s & 100s
too.
For the messy QAM chan results:
1) All QAM channels were subchannels (Important: write the Pic
subs down..)
2) I could not delete the blank (no pic) subchannels scanned in..
3) I could bring up selected QAM chans found... by manually
entering
the channel No, then stepping thru the Sub chans for that
chan
via the 'next' channel option on the T-451 remote..
4) When I went back to OTA Digital scan... I lost all QAM chans
in memory & could not bring 'em up...
5) I can not simultaneously scan OTA Dig & QAM Digital due to one
RG-6 cable/antenna input port.....
The best I could due in QAM is pick up/identify some unscrambled
Cable Digital chans... & there are very few of Dig
unscrambled...
