Ok guys, with vista using internet explorer, is there a setting in "Internet options" somewhere, so that web pages can be set to automatically refresh at a adjustible time, so that you do not have to manually refresh the page.

Thanks,

I don't use IE7Pro, but apparently the feature will auto refresh Explorer.

"With IE7Pro, all I need to do is right-click the IE7Pro icon in the status bar, click Refresh Current Tab, and then pick my preferred refresh interval."
