Womans Computer used to spy on her

This is not new but the question is did she have this already, i clean computers myself for a living, and have seen this stuff on myspace it injects it using a script, was the guy guilty?.

Did he confess if not they better take a closer look as to where she was surfing the web, chances are she already had it.

I have seen this stuff in young womans computers the frequent myspace webpages all the time, best not to use internet explorer, use firefox 3 + adblock plus+noscript.
