Error 0x8DD0002

Ide like to be able to arrace this error that was downloaded ,how can i do this?Its not allowing to remove on add and remove on controle panel.

Obviously if downloaded, it came with a program that loads on startup. Find which program it is and uninstall it. Also Windows Driver Framework is said to throw errors if it was an update, disable it first see if it helps (Services).
