Samsung pours money into chip making plants

Samsung says it will sink $1.9 billion dollars to increase DRAM memory production in its factories in South Korea. The company will upgrade 14 existing plants in addition to building a 15th factory. I read that a media memory card can be used by a desk top, as supplement memory. Will it also increase the amount of available video card memory?

yeah the readyboost feature can use a thumb drive to increase system memory but not video card memory.
