Hi,

I recently bought a blackberry phone...after a while I wanted to hook it up to my computer to see if the drivers would load automatically. They didnt right away...I then made the mistake of trying to load the drivers through add hardware. When I did this I tryed to add the hardware manually. I tried adding portable devices and another to see if vista had the drivers already installed. Then it tried to install the drivers and failed. Now upon every bootup it tries to install these drivers. I have no way of making this stop happening every time I boot vista...Please help

Thanks

Ryan

Go into the Device Manager and uninstall the device. Then use an app like Driver Sweeper to get rid of the old driver. You should then be able to install normally.
