Does anyone have any idea how i can create a bootable windows XP cd?

Recently a file called RTCDLL.MAN from my XP cd got corrupt, so i copied all the files from the CD to the directory OS/Root. Then i got the same exact file from my brother's XP cd and put it where the last one was. Now i was reading a guide to making bootable CDs and it said i needed a bootfile, so i downloaded the file (it's called boot.ima) and put it in OS/Boot.

Now can someone please tell me what my next step is? The guide was using another version of Nero and i couldn't follow it anymore. I'm using Nero Essentials 7 (it came as a bundle), anyone have any idea how i should put the files on the cd so that windows can boot from it?

Thanks.
